Transfer Settings

The Transfer Settings tab is where you configure payment methods, deposit rates, and custom location types for VIP transfer services. Access it from the MHM Rentiva > Settings > Transfer Settings tab.

🛠️ Quick Access Tools

Shortcut buttons for managing transfer operations appear in the top-right corner of the page:

• Location Management: Redirects to the page where you can define airports, hotels, or custom zones.
• Manage Routes: Goes to the section where you define transfer prices and lines between defined locations.

💳 Transfer Configuration

Rules that determine how customers pay for transfer bookings:

• Payment Type:
  • Full Payment Required: The full amount is collected at the time of booking.
  • Deposit: Only a defined percentage is collected; the remainder is paid on delivery.
  • Pay at Door (Cash): No charge is taken at the time of booking; the full payment is made at the time of transfer.
• Deposit Rate (%): If the payment type is set to "Deposit", this defines the percentage to be collected online (Default: 20%).
• Custom Location Types: Enter names for custom categories beyond the standard (Airport/Hotel) types here (e.g., Stadium, Exhibition Center). Enter one per line.
