Customer Management (Settings)

The Customer Management tab is where you configure the automated communication rules for users who register or make bookings in your system. Access it via MHM Rentiva > Settings > Customer Management.


๐Ÿ“ง Customer Communication Settingsโ€‹

Manage email notifications here to enhance the user experience and keep your customers informed throughout the process.

  • Send Welcome Email: Sends a brand-customized "Welcome" message to a new user who registers via MHM Rentiva forms.
  • Send Booking Notifications: Sends the customer an instant update whenever a booking status changes (e.g., Pending โ†’ Confirmed or Cancelled).
