Admins can now override the commission rate per vendor or per vehicle, and configure the volume-discount tier thresholds directly from the admin panel — closing the last three previously UI-less layers of the commission rate hierarchy. Also includes three commission-accuracy fixes and a schema migration guard found during release verification.
Fixes vendor commission recording, adds an automatic 7-day clearing mechanism so earnings actually become withdrawable, corrects refund balance math, and fixes a vendor dashboard KPI card that always showed zero.
When you approve a vendor payout, Rentiva now generates a printable, sequentially-numbered payment statement for the period — earnings, the platform commission deducted from each, penalties, and the net paid — frozen as an immutable record and emailed to the vendor. This release also adds a vendor agreement acceptance gate on the application form, an "Added by" column that distinguishes operator and vendor vehicles, and one-click day blocking in the Monthly Reservation Calendar.
Matured vendor payouts were silently skipped on single-site installs: a dead SaaS "control plane" gate in the matured-payout worker required a multi-tenant registry row that a normal install never provisions, so no scheduled payout ever finalized automatically. This release removes that gate — the worker now runs unconditionally — and clears out the unused multi-tenant orchestration scaffolding that caused it.
Vendor Management mobile rendering fixes. The Vendors table was broken at 390px — columns crushed to ~40px causing vertical text — and now scrolls horizontally. Settings and Commission inputs respect container width at narrow widths.
Vendor Management completes its React SPA migration with Faz B: the Vendors, Commission, and Settings tabs are now fully client-side. Seven new REST endpoints, three new React components, and an N+1 query fix for vendor listing.
Two additions to Vendor Management: a one-click Unsuspend action for suspended vendors, and a Rate History table in the Commission tab showing the full audit trail of platform-wide commission policies.
The Pending Applications and IBAN Requests admin tabs have been completely rewritten as a React SPA backed by a dedicated REST API — eliminating full-page PHP renders and introducing 7 new REST endpoints for programmatic access.
A small but important patch on top of v4.38.0. After the Vendor Directory release we ran a /wp-conductor post-merge audit on the v4.37.0 → v4.38.0 chain — two real findings and a dormant production defect surfaced from the new test coverage. v4.38.1 closes them all so the six-release deploy bundle is clean.
A public, Pro-gated vendor catalogue lands in Rentiva. Customers can now discover all your active vendors in one place — filter by city, badge status, and minimum rating; sort by reputation, recency, or alphabetically; click any card to land on the vendor's public profile (introduced in v4.37.0). This release closes the marketplace discovery loop.
