Rentiva v4.61.0 — Vendor Payout Statements with Commission Breakdown
· 3 min read
When you approve a vendor payout, Rentiva now generates a printable, sequentially-numbered payment statement for the period — earnings, the platform commission deducted from each, penalties, and the net paid — frozen as an immutable record and emailed to the vendor. This release also adds a vendor agreement acceptance gate on the application form, an "Added by" column that distinguishes operator and vendor vehicles, and one-click day blocking in the Monthly Reservation Calendar.
What's New
Vendor Payout Statements
- Numbered, printable statements on approval. Approving a vendor payout generates a payment statement for the period covered — earnings, penalties, and net — with a sequential number, frozen as an immutable snapshot at the moment of approval. The vendor receives an email with a link to view and print it from their panel. Admins see the statement number and a view link on the Payout Requests list; vendors find it in their payout history.
- Commission breakdown. Each earning line on the statement shows Gross, the Commission (its rate and amount), and the Net the vendor received, plus a period "Total commission deducted" total. Statements issued before this version show net only — existing records are never rewritten.
- Statement branding. Your company identity — name, address, tax office and number, phone, email, and logo — and a custom footer note appear on the statement. These are configured under the new statement branding settings and applied when the statement is viewed.
Vendor Marketplace
- Vendor agreement gate. You can require applicants to read and accept a vendor agreement on the application form. The acceptance, with a timestamp, is stored and shown on the application detail. The toggle and the agreement text live in the vendor settings.
- "Added by" column for vehicles. The admin vehicle list now shows and filters who added each vehicle — vendor or operator — so the two are easy to tell apart.
Calendar
- Quick day block. Click an empty day in the Monthly Reservation Calendar to close it for reservations, and click a blocked day to re-open it — no vehicle-edit detour needed. Booked days are unchanged and keep their reservation popup.
Fixes
- When a vendor edits critical fields of a live listing, the listing is now unpublished for admin re-review instead of staying live with unreviewed changes.
- An admin can now edit a vendor's city, and the vendor's city is read from the canonical field across the panel.
- Booking reminder emails are no longer sent for inactive bookings.
