Adds the Payout Requests admin page, groups vendor-related menus at the sidebar bottom, and includes a round of PHP cleanup across the License and Setup Wizard admin pages.

The Messages admin page has been completely rewritten as a React SPA, replacing the legacy jQuery/WP_List_Table implementation. Real-time filtering, bulk actions, thread view, reply forms, and settings management — all without page reloads.
The Pending Applications and IBAN Requests admin tabs have been completely rewritten as a React SPA backed by a dedicated REST API — eliminating full-page PHP renders and introducing 7 new REST endpoints for programmatic access.
The legacy jQuery / WP_List_Table Customers admin page is gone. v4.39.0 replaces it with a full React SPA backed by a dedicated REST API — live search, sortable columns, a slide-in detail panel, and bulk delete, all without page reloads.
A focused developer-experience fix. The Traefik migration from localhost:port to *.localhost domains silently broke automatic Pro dev mode on all local Docker stacks — v4.38.2 restores zero-config development.
A small but important patch on top of v4.38.0. After the Vendor Directory release we ran a /wp-conductor post-merge audit on the v4.37.0 → v4.38.0 chain — two real findings and a dormant production defect surfaced from the new test coverage. v4.38.1 closes them all so the six-release deploy bundle is clean.
A public, Pro-gated vendor catalogue lands in Rentiva. Customers can now discover all your active vendors in one place — filter by city, badge status, and minimum rating; sort by reputation, recency, or alphabetically; click any card to land on the vendor's public profile (introduced in v4.37.0). This release closes the marketplace discovery loop.
A short patch to clear the CI red mark left behind by v4.37.2. A single WPCS sniff — "Opening PHP tag must be on a line by itself" — failed on the v4.37.2 hero template after merge. v4.37.3 refactors the block so the PHP opening tag stands alone. Lint-only — no behaviour change.
Seven UX findings on the vendor profile page deferred from v4.37.0/v4.37.1 close in v4.37.2: a deterministic SVG initials avatar that replaces the Gravatar mystery-man silhouette without breaking third-party avatar plugins, a vehicle thumbnail cascade that falls back through featured image → gallery → compact card, an SEO defaults class that yields to Yoast / Rank Math / AIOSEO when present, a hero CTA stack with filterable URLs, scoped CSS class names, and a mobile breakpoint that finally collapses small screens to a single column.
Three smoke-test findings on the freshly-shipped v4.37.0 vendor profile page are closed in v4.37.1: a badge that defaulted to "New Vendor" for every vendor regardless of their score, a misleading "X reviews" label whose number was actually the count of booking-time star ratings, and review stars that disappeared on the public profile when reviews were imported from third-party plugins.
